Honest terms for parting ways. Below is exactly how we handle cancellations and refunds for monthly retainers, project work and ad spend. No surprises in the small print.

We work hard to make sure clients are happy with what we produce. If something isn't working, we would much rather have a direct conversation about it than wait for a formal cancellation. That said, we know circumstances change, and you should know exactly where you stand. This page sets out our policy in plain terms.
You can end a monthly retainer at any time by sending us written notice (email is fine) at hello@anna360social.site. The standard notice period is 14 days.
At the end of the notice period we will:
Project work typically requires a 50% deposit to begin. Once we've confirmed your project on our schedule and started work, this deposit is non-refundable, because it covers the time we've already committed to your project rather than someone else's.
If you cancel a project after paying the deposit but before we have actually started work, we will refund the deposit minus a small administrative fee (typically ₹2,500) to cover scheduling and onboarding time.
If you cancel mid-project, the balance you owe is calculated based on the percentage of work completed at the point of cancellation. We will share an honest breakdown along with any draft work produced up to that point. Any amount you have paid above the work completed will be refunded.
Deliverables that have been completed and signed off are not refundable, since they have been produced and handed over for your use.
Where an engagement includes paid social campaigns, the advertising budget is paid directly by you to the platform (Meta, Google, LinkedIn etc.) using your own billing method. We do not collect or hold ad spend on your behalf.
The studio journal is free. There is no subscription fee, so there is nothing to refund — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

We aim to acknowledge your request within 2 working days and to confirm next steps within 5 working days.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 working days from the date we confirm them in writing. Refunds are returned to the original payment method wherever possible. The actual time the funds take to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
If you disagree with how a refund or cancellation has been handled, please reply to our written confirmation explaining your view. We will review and respond within 7 working days. If we still cannot resolve things between us, the dispute resolution and governing-law provisions in our Terms of Service will apply.
We may update this policy from time to time. The version that applies to your engagement is the one published on this page on the date your most recent invoice was issued.
